At Well People, we want you to be completely satisfied with your clean beauty journey. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on all products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all bottles and jars are tightly sealed to prevent leaks.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
